    1. Acceptance of Terms

    Welcome to Nuroblox(“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Mibo mobile application and related services (the “App”), you (“User” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

    2. Eligibility

    By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Users under 18 years old must have parental or guardian consent to use the App.

    3. Account Registration

    Account Creation: To access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including your email address and phone number.

    Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

    Biometric Data: By enabling biometric authentication, you consent to the collection and use of your biometric data for security purposes.

    4. User Conduct

    You agree not to use the App to:

    Illegal Activities: Engage in any unlawful activities or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

    Harmful Content: Upload or share content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable.

    Unauthorized Access: Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or Mibo’s systems.

    Interference: Disrupt or interfere with the security or operation of the App or any networks connected to the App.

    5. User Content

    Ownership: You retain all rights to the content you create, upload, or share through the App (“User Content”).

    License to Nuroblox: By uploading User Content, you grant Nuroblox a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.
    Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of sharing it.

    6. Privacy

    Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

    7. Intellectual Property Rights


    Nuroblox Content: All content provided by Nuroblox, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Nuroblox or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.


    Limited License: Nuroblox grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

    Restrictions:You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or Nuroblox Content without our prior written consent.

    8. Third-Party Services


    The App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Nuroblox. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

    9. Updates and Modifications


    Updates:Nuroblox may provide updates, patches, or new versions of the App to improve functionality or security.


    Terms Modifications:We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the App or via email.

    10. Termination


    By User:You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [info@nurublox.com].

    By Nuroblox:We may suspend or terminate your access to the App for any reason, including violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
    Effects of Termination:Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, but certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination.

    11. Disclaimers

    No Warranty:The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
    No Liability for User Content: Nuroblox is not responsible for User Content or the actions of users.
    Security: While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security against all threats.

    12. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mibo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

    13. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mibo and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

    14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

    Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
    Dispute Resolution:Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, unless prohibited by law.

    15. Severability

    If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

    16. Entire Agreement


    These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nuroblox regarding your use of the App.
